Calvin Richard Klein (born November 19, 1942) is a well-known American fashion designer. In 1968, he launched the company that would later become Calvin Klein Inc. In addition to clothing, Calvin Klein also gave his name to a range of perfumes, watches and jewelry. Calvin Klein was immediately recognized for his talent after his first major showing at New York Fashion Week.

Klein was hailed as the new Yves Saint-Laurent, and was noted for his clean lines. Mr Klein was described as "the supreme master of minimalism". Calvin Klein Collection is the most prestigious and luxurious brand, setting the tone of elegance and modern sophistication for all of the other Calvin Klein brands.

The men's and women's collections are produced under a license with CMI and are distributed globally through a growing network of free standing stores in key cities, including our store in New York, and in select luxury department and specialty stores.
